Behavioral Assessment
Offer a validated personality/leadership assessment and one-on-one feedback review for the finalists. The assessment creates a profile revealing competencies, derailers, values, reasoning skills and leadership characteristics so that HR and senior management have a deeper understanding of the underlying sources of an employee’s behavior.
