Trish Hart is accomplished at building high-powered recruiting teams, sourcing candidates with specialized skills, designing market-based compensation systems and providing collaborative talent management consulting expertise. She is the president of First Coast, Inc., a Ponte Vedra based consulting firm whose mission is to be the recognized leader in Talent and Reward Management. Trish has more than 20 years of executive HR experience and started her career with Barnett Banks, Inc./ Bank of America. Trish rapidly rose through the organization and became the HR Director for two major lines of business. During her tenure, her work led to the recognition as one of the 100 Best Places to Work for Technology Professionals. 
Sandy Silverstein enjoys a varied career including over 20 years of experience in human resources, marketing and project management. Sandy began her career at IBM and gained invaluable experience in several areas including compensation, recruiting, project management and new business marketing. She was selected to serve on multiple special task forces including coordination and analysis of employee opinion surveys and creating and implementing a plan to place over 500 surplus employees. From IBM, Sandy was recruited by Barnett Banks, Inc. where she served as a Compensation Consultant for multiple lines of business including Information Technology and Retail Banking. She partnered to create a management training program and received outstanding reviews.
