Trish Hart, CCPTrish Hart is accomplished at building high-powered recruiting teams, sourcing candidates with specialized skills, designing market-based compensation systems and providing collaborative talent management consulting expertise. She is the president of First Coast, Inc., a Ponte Vedra based consulting firm whose mission is to be the recognized leader in Talent and Reward Management. Trish has more than 20 years of executive HR experience and started her career with Barnett Banks, Inc./ Bank of America. Trish rapidly rose through the organization and became the HR Director for two major lines of business. During her tenure, her work led to the recognition as one of the 100 Best Places to Work for Technology Professionals.
As NetBank’s Chief Human Resources Executive, Trish reported to the Chief Executive Officer and supported the Board of Directors Executive Compensation Committee. She managed a team of 27 professionals and is well-versed in multi-state labor laws, employment agreements and Board relations. NetBank was recognized as one the Top Family Friendly Companies in Jacksonville and was twice awarded “Companies that Care” for community service.
Most recently, Trish was the Director of Human Resources at Availity, LLC, a privately held healthcare technology company. Trish designed and implemented a broadband compensation structure and a consumer-driven health plan. Availity was recognized as a Jacksonville's Healthiest 100 Gold Level Worksite. Trish led the talent acquisition recruiting team through a tremendous 18 month growth period as they successfully recruited for 160+ healthcare sales and IT openings.
Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her MBA from the University of North Florida where she graduated with honors. In addition, she is a designated Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) from the World at Work.

Sandy SilversteinSandy Silverstein enjoys a varied career including over 20 years of experience in human resources, marketing and project management. Sandy began her career at IBM and gained invaluable experience in several areas including compensation, recruiting, project management and new business marketing. She was selected to serve on multiple special task forces including coordination and analysis of employee opinion surveys and creating and implementing a plan to place over 500 surplus employees. From IBM, Sandy was recruited by Barnett Banks, Inc. where she served as a Compensation Consultant for multiple lines of business including Information Technology and Retail Banking. She partnered to create a management training program and received outstanding reviews.
More recently, Sandy focused on philanthropic activities. Specifically, she has led school associations, managed hundreds of volunteers, run several complex fundraising events and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local organizations including Susan G. Komen for the Cure, The Bolles School, Jacksonville Country Day School and Ponte Vedra High School. In addition to her philanthropic work, Sandy led the installation and dedication of a large scale piece of public art, the Tillie K. Fowler Memorial, for the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville.
As a consultant, Sandy was the project manager for a clinical trial being conducted at a Level I Trauma Center. In this role, Sandy managed all client communications, facilitated operational efficiency and overall management. Additionally, Sandy managed marketing and communication activities for a local physician. Her work has directly impacted productivity, increased patient satisfaction and enhanced patient care.
